At the end of a Balbes job, balbes creates a tar file named like 'AllFilesIn_P2221.tar.gz' (depending on the space group) which includes all files for that job. The only problem is that the file names in the tar file include full paths, such as: data1/data/Balbes/ville761/4258742386/P2221/template_models/mod_3hhmA_2dom.pdb. This should be abbreviated to 4258742386/P2221/template_models/mod_3hhmA_2dom.pdb. |
