Hi -
I ran a shelx c/d/e job last night via ccp4 online with process id 7829026254.
When I login this morning the job status says complete but when I click on results nothing is displayed.
I know the job started and ran I was followed it last night for part of the process.
Is there a way I can now access the results?

Later on, He was able to access the results. I have noticed this kind of problem occurs sometimes, but not very often. For example, Stephen said he had never had the problem before. |
