PDB files from EBI-AFDB arent't accepted by ccp4i2

Detailed description
The reason for this is due to the "MODEL 0" card in these files. mmdb doesn't like this so rejects the file. gemmi is more forgiving. Need a fix for this for version 8 release. Take an example file from the EBI-AFDB database and it will demonstrate the problem. For example: https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/files/AF-Q8W3K0-F1-model_v1.pdb
