First thing is about AMPLE. All the tests are running fine on Linux systems and MacOS, but there are few failing tests on Windows. I am attaching a log file. Several tests are easy ones - they are checking text output and fail due to line end difference between Unix systems ('/n') and Windows ('/r/n'). Apart from that, on Windows ample/util/tests/test_cphasematch.py (test_cphasematch_mtz) shows substantial phase difference (AssertionError: 88.8476 != 86.2326) and I have no idea why there is such difference on Windows only. Also test ample/util/tests/test_process_models.py (test_check_models_homologs) seems to find two times more models (6 instead of 3), etc. Again, all those tests pass on Linux and MacOS, but fail on Windows, which probably require thorough investigation. Please see the log file attached.
